I saw Dr Hassan at the fracture clinic. He was very friendly and went through the Xray with me and explained what would happen next. I had a further appointment 2weeks later (not with him) and saw him in the corridor he asked how I was getting on, it's nice he remembered me and was interested.
I saw Dr Hassan on 21 March. He was sympathetic and considerate, and his manner was friendly but not familiar. I would be very happy to be treated by him in the future.
When I went for my 12 monthly check-up regarding my knee replacements I was seen by
Dr Raza Hassan. I found him to be extremely pleasant and helpful.
I had not been seen by Dr Hassan before today but he read into my case notes carefully and gave me clear explanations. I had complete confidence in him and he was very approachable.
The clinical care at the Barnet fracture clinic has been good and all of the staff have been helpful. However the administration arrangements are poor - the phone line is always engaged and the waiting times are long. Also there are no information leaflets on plaster cast care and who to call with cast concerns or any leaflets on post cast removal exercises pending physio. This lets the service down.
very caring, and was willing to spend his valuable time and effort to satisfy my needs. i have visited several other doctors that have let me down due to not willing to find lost files, and other health reports, where as Dr Hassan did his utmost in helping us find files that had not been submitted onto the system, and that would have otherwise delayed my proceedings.
Recommend him highly.
